The 2025-2026 Pacific International Music Competition Winner’s Concert will be held at the Utzon Room at Sydney Opera House on Monday April 6th, 2026.

The registration for PIMC Winner’s Concert is opened to the candidates who are the First, Second, or Third Prize winners. (Priority of eligibility is given to First Prize, then Second Prize, then Third Prize. )

The registration of winners is completed online at www.pacificinternationalmusicfestival.org. The registration will be opened on December 20th, spaces are limited, the registration will be closed as soon as the spaces number are reached. You will get a full refund, if you fail to register.

The performer may play ONE piece of music chosen from baroque, Classical, Romantic or Post-romantic era. The Performers agree to perform repertoire that does not exceed the time limit allowed. Should a candidate exceed the time limit, he/she will be responsible to pay for extra cost.

Media Release and Authorization Agreement：

By participating in the event, you (the Performer) agree to the following terms regarding the use of photos, videos, and recordings taken during the performance:

1. Authorization for Media Usage:

You grant the event organizers and their authorized representatives the right to photograph, film, and record your performance during the event.

2. Scope of Use:

You authorize the event organizers to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display any photos, videos, or audio recordings featuring your image, name, or performance for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Website content

• Social media posts

• Printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters)

• Media releases and press coverage

• Event promotional videos

3. No Compensation:

You understand that you will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or remuneration for the use of your image, voice, or performance recordings under this agreement.

4. Duration of Authorization:

This authorization is perpetual and applies to all future uses unless explicitly revoked in writing by the Performer.

5. Revocation:

You may revoke this authorization at any time by providing a written request. However, revocation will not affect materials already produced or distributed prior to the receipt of the request.

6. Data Protection:

The event organizers will handle all media in compliance with relevant privacy and data protection laws. Personal information will not be shared with third parties beyond the scope of the stated media usage.

By participating in the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Media Release and Authorization Agreement.
